Samuel Stollar Promoted to Senior Vice President of Intelligence and U.S. Air Force Business Unit

Octo’s former Vice President of Defense and Intelligence advances to senior position, bringing over 12 years of experience serving Defense and Intelligence Communities.

 

June 2, 2020, Reston, Va. – Octo is pleased to announce the promotion of Samuel (Sam) Stollar to Senior Vice President leading Octo’s Intelligence and U.S. Air Force Business Unit. In this capacity, Stollar is responsible for service delivery and growth within the Intelligence Community and U.S. Air Force and participates in Octo’s corporate strategic planning.

Stollar previously served as Octo’s Director of Intelligence Operations, advancing to Vice President of Defense and Intelligence before earning his current position. Prior to joining Octo, Stollar was Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where he managed several projects supporting joint requirements development, modeling, simulation, wargaming, and analysis for Joint Staff, Combatant Command, and Office of the Secretary of Defense customers.
